Seminar Benefits and Challenges of Using ADR for Banking Disputes

Recently, dispute resolution in Banking and Finance has caught the public attention as one of the emerging issues. Banks and financial institutions in the world have been considering many alternative dispute resolutions (ADR) method like Meditation and Arbitration as an effective way to solve disagreement.

With the goal to create an insight forum, open discussion panel to find an alternative yet effective dispute resolution method besides the traditional Court, VIAC co-operate with International Finance Corporation (IFC) to organize the “Benefits and Challenges of Using ADR[1] for Banking Disputes” Conference.
